1. Program description

Craft Men's Clinic offers two text-message programs: (a) Care & Account Messages — appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, follow-ups about your request, and account or billing notifications; and (b) Marketing Messages (separate opt-in) — health information, service updates, and offers.

2. Opt-in

You opt in to Care & Account Messages by submitting a form with your mobile number or otherwise requesting that we contact you. You opt in to Marketing Messages by checking the marketing consent box on our forms. Consent to Marketing Messages is not a condition of purchase.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

4. Fees

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. There is no charge from us for these programs.

5. Opt-out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel texts from the number that sent it. You will receive one confirmation message. You may re-subscribe at any time through our forms.

6. Help

7. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy
